Service Agreement & Policy

This Agreement outlines the terms, conditions, and policies governing the Easy Pay Hosting & Web Design services provided by Wide-Jim Global Limited. By subscribing to or making payment for any Easy Pay service, the client agrees to be bound by this policy.

1. Scope of Services

Wide-Jim Global Limited agrees to provide website design, development, domain registration, hosting, and related support services based on the selected package.

Services may include but are not limited to:

  • Website design and development
  • Domain name registration (where applicable)
  • Web hosting setup
  • Basic SEO configuration
  • Ongoing maintenance and management (as subscribed)

Any service not expressly listed in the selected package will be considered out of scope and may attract additional charges.

2. Easy Pay Payment Structure

  • The client is required to make an initial payment of 40% of the total project cost before work commences.
  • The remaining 60% balance shall be paid in weekly installments over 10 weeks, as specified in the client’s chosen package.
  • All installment payments must be made promptly on their due dates.

Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in temporary suspension of work or services until payments are brought up to date.

3. Commencement of Work

  • Project execution begins only after:
    • Initial payment has been confirmed, and
    • The Website Questionnaire Form has been fully completed and submitted.
  • Delays in submitting required information or materials may affect project timelines.

4. Project Timeline & Delivery

  • Estimated project timelines will be communicated after review of the submitted questionnaire.
  • Timelines are dependent on client responsiveness, content availability, and timely payments.
  • Wide-Jim Global Limited shall not be held liable for delays caused by incomplete information, delayed feedback, or payment defaults.

5. Maintenance & Management Policy

  • The first month of maintenance and management is provided free of charge upon website launch.
  • From the second month onward, a recurring maintenance and management fee applies based on the selected package.
  • Maintenance services may include updates, backups, security monitoring, and minor content edits.

Non-payment of maintenance fees may lead to suspension of maintenance services or hosting.

6. Hosting & Domain Policy

  • Domain and hosting services are provided as part of the package unless otherwise stated.
  • Domain ownership remains with the client upon full payment of all outstanding balances.
  • Hosting services are subject to renewal and compliance with usage policies.

Wide-Jim Global Limited reserves the right to suspend hosting in cases of payment default or policy violation.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Submit required content (text, images, logos) promptly
  • Respond to communications and requests for approval in a timely manner
  • Adhere strictly to the Easy Pay payment schedule

8. Revisions & Approvals

  • Revisions are limited to the scope defined in the selected package.
  • Major design changes or additional features requested after approval may incur extra charges.
  • Final approval indicates acceptance of the delivered website.

9. Suspension & Termination

Wide-Jim Global Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are overdue beyond agreed grace periods
  • The client breaches any part of this agreement
  • The website is used for illegal, abusive, or unethical activities

All outstanding balances remain payable upon termination.

10. Refund Policy

  • All payments made are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Initial payments are strictly non-refundable.

11. Intellectual Property

  • Full ownership of the website design and files will be transferred to the client only after full payment of all fees.
  • Wide-Jim Global Limited reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio.

12. Limitation of Liability

Wide-Jim Global Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data due to third-party hosting issues
  • Downtime beyond reasonable control
  • Client-generated content or third-party integrations

13. Amendments

Wide-Jim Global Limited reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

14. Acceptance of Agreement

By making payment or engaging our Easy Pay services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
